Sometimes it's nice to train in a group, while other times you need individual support.

With personal training, you get guidance tailored to your goals, conditions and needs. Whether you want to get stronger, improve your mobility, learn handstands, get started with exercise, prevent ailments or develop your yoga practice, we meet you where you are.

We don't believe in one method that fits all, so the content is tailored to you, your body, and your goals.

1 to 1 PT

For those of you who want close follow-up and a program tailored to your needs.

You will receive full focus from the trainer throughout the entire class, and together we will work towards the goals that are important to you.

PT Duo

Do you want to train with a friend, partner or colleague?

PT Duo gives you the same personal follow-up, while sharing the experience and cost. The training is adapted to both participants, regardless of level and experience.

Group

Group training combines the benefits of personal training with the energy and motivation that comes from training with others.

The groups consist of 3 to 6 people, which gives the trainer the opportunity to follow up on each participant closely. This is perfect for groups of friends, colleagues or smaller groups who want to train together over time with the same goal.
