I have studied Chinese martial arts and yoga since 2007, have run a yoga studio and am a qualified massage and muscle therapist. I combine my broad experience from movement, strength and therapy in my teaching. As a trained therapist, I have an in-depth knowledge of anatomy and the body's needs, which is reflected in both my guidance and the safe, precise hands-on adjustments that I am so known for. My classes are playful and challenging, with good individual adaptations so that everyone can receive support and experience mastery and joy in the practice.
