Take your yoga practice to the next level!
200hrs Vinyasa Teacher Training in the fall of 2026!
After many years of teaching and developing teacher trainings for others, we have gathered our experiences into an education that clearly reflects who we are and how we work.
This is a 200-hour education that emphasizes quality, clear communication, and space for learning. It is designed for those who want a solid and thoughtful introduction to yoga, whether their goal is to teach or to go deeper into their own practice.
A teacher training unlike any other
Our teacher training stands out from others in many ways. We have chosen this particular way of delivering education because of our long experience with what students find difficult along the way.
- A hybrid model: We combine physical sessions with online learning, which allows us to share more in-depth information than is typically possible in physical-only courses. This structure gives you the freedom to learn at your own pace between sessions.
- Focus on what's most important: Because parts of the teaching take place online, we can use the physical gatherings for what many find most valuable: teaching, creating creative flows, asana labs, and practical work.
- Plenty of time to learn: Many 200-hour courses are short in duration, which can be perceived as intensive and difficult to combine with work and family life. Our course runs over seven months, giving you plenty of time to let the information sink in, reflect, and practice what you learn.
- A specialized education: Many educations try to cover a little bit of everything - hatha, yin, vinyasa - but we focus entirely on vinyasa. This gives us time to delve into anatomy, philosophy, class structure and creativity, so you feel confident in what you are learning.
- Follow-up between sessions: Between the physical sessions, we also have online meetings. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and get support in your work with online courses and homework, so that you always feel safe and prepared for the next step.

Anatomy and biomechanics
To teach in a safe and thoughtful way, you need a good understanding of how the body moves. In this part of the education we work with functional anatomy, the interaction between muscles and joints in different positions, and how asanas can be adapted to different bodies. We also look at injury prevention, and explore how breathing, connective tissue and the nervous system affect both movement and presence in the practice.
Philosophy and history
Yoga is more than physical exercises. It is a holistic practice with deep roots in philosophy and tradition. In this module we explore how yoga philosophy can make sense in modern life. We work with key texts such as the Yoga Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita, and look at how yoga has evolved from ancient traditions to today's practice. The goal is to make the philosophy alive and relevant, both for yourself and for your teaching.
Creative sequencing and flow
A good yoga class is not just about the poses, but about how they fit together. In this module you will learn to build dynamic and well-thought-out sequences with clear flow and progression. You will work with creative transitions and finding the balance between the recognizable and the challenging. The goal is to be able to lead classes that are both inspiring, accessible and meaningful.
Teaching methodology
Becoming a yoga teacher is not just about knowledge, but about how you communicate it. In this module you will get tools to develop your own teaching role, use body language and voice in a conscious way, and create a safe and inclusive space for your students. We also work on safety in the teaching role, understanding different types of students, and how to meet challenges that arise in teaching.
Meet your teachers:
Eilin Ma Dalby and Halat Sophie Askari
We have both taught yoga for many years, and one of the things we appreciate most about vinyasa is the space for creativity and playfulness. For us, vinyasa is not about repeating the same patterns over and over, but about exploring movement, having fun, and finding new ways to connect body and mind.
In our teaching, we draw inspiration not only from yoga, but also from everyday movement and other forms of movement. This provides a more holistic and applicable practice, and helps us return to natural movement patterns the body is meant to use. When we weave this into creative sequencing, we create fluid classes that are both inspiring and supportive, preparing the body not only for the yoga mat, but for life.
In this education, we share our joy for creative and thoughtful vinyasa. We combine play, structure and immersion, so that you can develop both in your own practice and in your role as a teacher.
200hrs RYS Yoga Alliance
An education for all
This training is designed for those who want to teach yoga, and for those who primarily want to get closer to their own body and practice. You will be followed by experienced teachers with many years of teaching experience, who will support you throughout the process. At the same time, you will build a strong community with the other participants. For many, a yoga teacher training is the start of friendships that will last a long time.
Our experience is that many people do not feel fully ready to teach after a traditional 200-hour education, often because the pace can be fast. Our goal is to give you a solid foundation and practical experience, so that you feel more confident in your teaching role when the education is completed.
Through the education, we combine ancient traditions with modern approaches to create a holistic understanding of yoga. We delve deeply into topics such as anatomy, sequencing, class planning, yoga philosophy, ethics, communication and meditation. You will also learn about the use of music in teaching, physical adjustments, and the more practical aspects of working as a yoga teacher, everything you need to feel well prepared.
