StrongYogi
Stronger in yoga. Safer practice. Actual progression.
With over 15 years of experience in yoga and physical health, and many years of teaching yoga teacher training, we have had the pleasure of meeting countless people on the yoga mat. Everyone from curious beginners to experienced teachers have shared their challenges with us.
Through these meetings, we have seen a consistent pattern: Regardless of level or background, many experience similar obstacles in their practice. Perhaps they struggle with injuries or discomfort that limit their movements, or feel stagnant - even with regular practice.
With the SmartYogi and StrongYogi online courses, we want to give you a deeper understanding of why these challenges arise, while also equipping you with the tools needed to build a sustainable, evolving and rewarding yoga practice.
We can't wait to share this journey with you! 🌟
Do you recognize yourself?
- The first few chaturangas go well, but then the form collapses
- You can get into positions, but they feel heavy and unstable
- You've been practicing yoga for years but aren't getting stronger
- You want to try arm balances or inversions but lack the strength and confidence
Here is the truth: Yoga alone doesn't always give you the strength you need, especially if you just go to random classes without progression.
StrongYogi gives you:
1. Understanding what strength in yoga actually means
- Specific strength for the movements yoga requires
- Extra focus on areas yoga does NOT train enough (back, butt, grip)
- Important principles of strength training - how to actually get stronger
2. An 8-week training plan tailored to your level
- A plan you customize based on where YOU are now
- Step-by-step progressions that actually build strength (not just endless repetitions)
3. Exercises you can do at home
- No gym required (but you can use weights if you want)
- 2 sessions per week, approximately 45 min each
- Or integrate the strength exercises into your existing yoga practice
The course is suitable for you who:
- Want to become stronger in your yoga practice?
- Struggling with chaturanga, arm balances or inversions
- Is flexible but weak (many dancers and hypermobile people may recognize themselves)
- I've been doing yoga for years without any progress.
- Want a structured plan, not just random sessions
The course is not suitable for you if:
- Only want one yoga class to take
- Not willing to train 2x per week (minimum)
- Don't like strength training at all
Modules in the online course:
- Chapter 1: Introduction
- Chapter 2: Theory
- Chapter 3: The exercises
(Over 15 exercises with different levels) - Chapter 4: 8-Week Plan
- Chapter 5: Workout videos
(Warm-up + 2 follow-along sessions!)
This is what you get:
- Lifetime access to 2.5+ hours of content
- Exercises you can use for the rest of your life
- Complete 8-week training plan with videos to follow
- Self-assessment so you start at the right level

Why buy both courses?
SmartYogi alone: You understand why your body is holding you back, and you get exercises for mobility. But you lack the strength to actually use what you've built.
StrongYogi alone: You will get stronger, but if your body lacks basic mobility and understanding, you risk injury.
SmartYogi + StrongYogi together: You gain both mobility and strength. You understand the body AND build capacity. The way yoga practice should be. By taking both courses you will gain a deeper insight and a more balanced approach to yoga that lasts.
Who are the course instructors?
SmartYogi and StrongYogi are developed by us, Eilin and Halat, the founders of Yogaskolen These online courses are based on the fundamental principles we base our yoga classes on in addition to the education we have been giving since 2018.
We both have a great love for nutritious movement and believe that a lot of pain could be avoided and a better life achieved if we had learned what lies behind a healthy body. Because who doesn't want a body that works?
Halat has, among other things, worked his way almost completely healthy from both fibromyalgia and panic disorder using many of these techniques, and Eilin has spent many years studying nourishing movement with many different teachers.
We hope you will join us on this journey, either through these online courses or through the workshops of the same name.
