Meet your teacher:
Eilin Ma Dalby
My name is Eilin and I have been teaching yoga since late 2011. I have completed several yoga teacher training courses, including RYS 200 and RYS 300, and am registered E-RYT 500 and YACEP through the globally recognized Yoga Alliance.
My education has included both dynamic and calm yoga styles, but in addition to the physical practice of yoga, I also have a great interest in the deeper aspects such as yoga philosophy, breathing exercises and meditation.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Asian Studies from UiO, where I specialized in Chinese language, religion and history. It was my interest in Buddhism and Daoism that first led me on the path to yoga philosophy. During my studies, I also took courses in yoga and Tibetan Buddhism, and through yoga teacher training I also got to delve deeper into both the study and practice of yoga philosophy and ethics. A journey that just keeps getting more and more exciting!
Since 2020, I have also developed and led my own yoga teacher training courses. My commitment to yoga stems from a deeply held belief in its transformative properties, which I have experienced through personal practice. Sharing these valuable tools with others, as my teachers have so generously shared with me, continues to inspire me to further my practice.
