Join us in beautiful surroundings in Siljudalen, Telemark for a weekend where you can slow down, move your body and recharge, while learning more about yourself.Â

Over the weekend, we will guide you through sessions that combine yoga, strength, breathing and relaxation. Our goal is for you to understand your body better after this weekend.

Who is the retreat suitable for?

𖤓 want to spend a weekend on yourself, without a guilty conscience
You don't need to be flexible, you don't need to be strong and you don't need to have experience with advanced positions.
We know how frustrating it can be to be hindered in your yoga journey by avoidable pain and injury. It's challenging to know when to take a break, and even harder to know what an effective break entails.
In addition to theory, this workshop will focus on techniques and exercises that help you break through barriers. You will learn how to increase your strength and improve your yoga practice through a combination of strength training, flexibility exercises and mindfulness. Â
While this is primarily a weekend to catch up, you'll also leave with useful tools to take with you on your journey. Over the course of these days, we'll share simple and practical principles on how to give your joints the movement they need, prevent and manage injuries, and build strength that actually supports your yoga practice.
You will also gain a better understanding of how to work with flexibility safely, and how to adapt yoga to your own body, so that the practice feels more natural and sustainable over time.

08:00–08:30: Coffee & snacks
08:30–10:00: Warm-up dynamic practice
10:30–11:30: Breakfast
11:30–13:30: Theory & with play and practice
2:00 PM–3:00 PM: Lunch
15:00–17:30: Sauna/archery/leisure
17:30–18:45: Calming yin yoga
19:00–20:00: Dinner
Sunday

10:00 – 10:30 Closing ceremony
10:30–11:30: Breakfast together
11:30 –12:30: Sauna/archery/leisure

It takes about 2 hours to drive to the farm from Oslo, with the possibility of parking right next door.Â
What is included in the price? The price includes all activities, two nights at Telemark Yoga and all meals.Â
Language: Whether the workshop is held in Norwegian or English depends on the participants. We adapt to you.
Cancellation:
We look forward to sharing this weekend with you, and of course hope that nothing will get in the way of your being able to join us. At the same time, we know that life can bring unexpected things, which is why we have created a simple cancellation policy:

You will receive the full amount back minus a deposit of 1500 NOK. -
If cancelled by March 15th
We will refund 50% of the total price. -
After March 15
The registration becomes binding, and the amount is not refundable.

Who are the teachers?
We are Eilin and Halat, the founders of Yogaskolen .
We both have a great love for nutritious movement and believe that a lot of pain could be avoided and a better life achieved if we had learned what lies behind a healthy body. Because who doesn't want a body that works?
We are passionate about making yoga easier to understand and more accessible in practice. Not through performance, but through understanding and good experiences in the body.
For us, yoga isn't about becoming the best. It's about feeling better.
