Creativity in sequencing isn't about making things complicated. It's about learning how to build fluid, holistic, and meaningful classes for your students, while still leaving room for play and exploration.

- Different ways to sequence: learn to design varied classes through different approaches to sequencing, such as peak pose, ladder, mandala flow and more.
- Your teaching role and communication: further develop how you use language, voice and music to guide, inspire, create atmosphere and hold space for your students.
Step-by-step inspiration for your teaching
Through the course you not only learn theory, you also get concrete examples and practical inspiration that you can take straight into your own classes.
You will see how a flow is built in practice, and will be left with ready-made examples that can be easily adapted to both your students and your own teaching style.

Language: Whether the teaching is in Norwegian or English depends on the participants. We adapt to the needs of the group.

- Cancellation before December 31, 2025
You will receive a full refund of the course fee, with the exception of a deposit of NOK 1,000. - Cancellation after December 31, 2025
Registration is binding and the course fee is non-refundable. However, it is possible to transfer your place to another participant.

Who are the teachers?
We are Halat and Eilin, both with many years of experience as yoga teachers and a shared curiosity and respect for yoga as a practice. We have been teaching classes, workshops and educations for a long time, and complement each other in a way that provides breadth and balance in the teaching.
Halat has a strong focus on anatomy, movement, and creative sequencing, while Eilin brings depth in philosophy, presence, and holding space for others. What we share is a desire to make yoga both inspiring and accessible.
