Yoga and meditation
Donation class to raise money for Gaza
As you have probably noticed, a complete humanitarian disaster is unfolding in Gaza these days. Israel's war against Hamas is causing enormous suffering to the civilian population, and there is an acute shortage of food, water, fuel and absolutely all health services. We want to help in any way we can and are therefore inviting you to a donation class with yoga and meditation to raise money for this; more precisely, Gaza Sunbirds. Read more about the organization we have chosen further down the page.
The yoga class will be a masterclass taught by both Eilin and Halat. It starts soft and exploratory before we enter a strong vinyasa flow. Towards the end we enter into rest and unwind in restorative poses with essential oils in a diffuser. There will be some time to chat and hang out afterwards for those who wish.
The class is donation-based and open to everyone.* We have chosen to set the minimum donation at 200kr in order to give as much as possible, but you are welcome to donate more if you can. All donations go directly to Gaza Sunbirds!

Gaza Sunbirds
This time the donations go to the Gaza Sunbirds - a professional paracycling team in Gaza. These are athletes who have lost limbs due to previous wars in Gaza but who are not letting that stop them. Their dream is to compete in the Paralympic Games to be held in Paris this summer. However, since October 7th, they have used all their resources on relief work in Gaza instead. They have managed to distribute over $45,000 in emergency aid and handed out nearly 5,000 hot meals. They do this despite the fact that they themselves are struggling to obtain enough water and food, and that 80% of them have lost the houses they lived in. They are a great resource for their local communities and a great inspiration to us all.
All donations go directly to Gaza Sunbirds!
